Who we are
DelRay MultiMedia is an independent website production studio based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, founded by Danny Heise. We conceive, build, and operate our own free web applications, utilities, and games — including Music & Movie Trivia (musicmovietrivia.com) and the Wedding Calculator Network (weddings.ws). We do not take on client work.
Eligibility
This site is intended for general audiences, including families. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have parental or guardian consent to do so. Our products are designed to be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
Using this site
This site is provided for informational purposes. Each product may have its own terms and privacy practices that govern your use of it. Cost figures, estimates, and other data presented in our tools are provided for general planning and informational purposes only and are not professional financial, legal, or vendor guarantees. DelRay MultiMedia is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites that may be linked from our pages.
Intellectual property
The DelRay MultiMedia name, logo, site design, product names, and all content on this site are the intellectual property of DelRay MultiMedia and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our intellectual property.
No warranties
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that any information is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DelRay MultiMedia, its founder, and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, its content, or any of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DelRay MultiMedia and its founder, officers, agents, and operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms that is not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at Info@DelRayMultimedia.com and give us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within that period, either party may pursue the claim in small claims court or binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at the election of the party bringing the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect their validity or enforceability. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
